Service Description. This Site describes Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning provided by Cleaning Services by Zoila. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://cleaningservicesbyzoila.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cleaning Services by Zoila or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Damages. Cleaning Services by Zoila is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Cleaning Services by Zoila from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Law and Venue. NY law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NY.

Term Changes. Cleaning Services by Zoila may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
